Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant.

Main Tasks

• Launch orders and control the entire process including acceptance and billing.
• Supredict the compliance of the process when business users request a purchase.
• Fulfill and achieve the objects of internal control, avoid any type of risk.
• Training business users.
• Procurement Contract Management and internal control operation
• Support administrative affairs related to procurement in Spain
• Assist in procurement system and Purchase Orders process operation
• Suppliers Management and GDPR Tracking
• Meeting organization, meeting minutes output and meeting operation summary quarterly.

General requirements:

1. Proficient in Microsoft office like Word, Excel, PPT

2. Organizational analysis and planning skill;

3. Having good logical thinking

4. Good at communication, team work player

5. Organized, detail -oriented

6. Good ability of learning;

Experience

1-3 year related work experience back office, marketing, assistance, project management

Language:

English & Spanish fluent in writing and speaking, Chinese would be valuable.

Education:

Bachelor Degree or above.
