Procurement & Vendor Strategy Specialist

Sysco Ireland is seeking a Merchandising Category Specialist to support procurement across Limerick, Dublin or Belfast. The role focuses on day-to-day vendor management, terms negotiation and supplier performance, working with Supply Chain and Sales to optimize tenders and onboarding.

The successful candidate will be analytical, proactive, and capable of building strong vendor relationships while ensuring service levels meet targets and compliance standards.
