Procurement Analyst (6 Month FTC)

The Procurement team supports the business in onboarding, management, and governance of third party suppliers while ensuring compliance, risk management, and cost efficiency across vendor engagements. This hybrid position requires regular virtual work and at least two days a week in person at a TransUnion office.

Core Responsibilities

• Support end to end procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier engagement.
• Assist with procurement administration tasks such as documentation and coordination.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to supplier management and procurement operations as required.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• Previous experience in procurement administration or support roles.
• Exposure to end to end sourcing/procurement lifecycle is desirable.
• Experience with procurement systems, ideally Coupa.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and results driven attitude with a willingness to get things done.
