Process Transformation Manager - Chipping Sodbury (Hybrid)

Heidelberg Materials UK (formerly Hanson UK) is one of the UK's largest suppliers of construction materials, operating around 300 manufacturing sites and supporting a sustainable, inclusive workforce. The International Business Service Centre (BSC) delivers administrative, transactional, and accounting services to the group.

Role Overview

You will be a Transformation Manager on the BSC team, reengineering end to end processes and systems to support Heidelberg Materials' synergies and automation roadmap. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and technology integration.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of in scope processes and systems, applying end to end journey thinking to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Apply transformation and service design approaches to redesign processes, moving beyond isolated improvements and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Digital teams, and business units to assess AI enabled and emerging technology opportunities.
  • Support change management through facilitation, coaching, and structured problem solving, ensuring momentum and alignment across stakeholder groups.
  • Track progress and outcomes for transformation initiatives, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Promote and coach transformation ways of working, encouraging data driven decision making and agile practices.
  • Own reengineering of processes across multiple countries and systems, with budget responsibility where applicable.
