Process Packaging Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring and retaining technological knowledge related to products, processes, equipment and suppliers
• Setting up, coordinate, execute and report studies for investigations, root cause analyses, tech transfers, CAPEX projects, validations, changes or improvements
• Lead or participate in project teams
• Write validation and engineering protocols and reports, (project) plans, risk analyses, changes, URS, VMP and qualification protocols and reports
• Setting up, maintaining and working with systems such as the quality management systems (QMS), SHE systems, change control and SAP
• Ensuring that conditions are in place that enable colleagues and team to comply with the relevant laws, regulations and company rules regarding GMP and SHE

The ideal candidate:

• MSc or BSc degree in a relevant area or experience
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• Technical expertise in packaging equipment and packaging materials (Blistering - second packaging - case packing - palletising)
• Project management skills and/or certified in this field
• Experience with technology transfer
• Experience with CQV (writing protocols and execution
