As Process Manager, you will:

• Supervise a team of 6-8 people in the fields of process chemistry and quality.
• Investigate EHS events and implement preventive/corrective measures, focusing on process safety.
• Manage process deviations, identify optimization levers, and define concrete solutions.
• Lead process optimization initiatives as the OpEx (Operational Excellence) manager for the Monthey site.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes, process safety concepts, and the plant's environmental guidelines.
• Define, collect, and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs), such as energy efficiency.
• Develop operational training concepts and oversee their implementation.
• Control and advance lean management practices.
• Collaborate within the divisions's process manager community and act as an expert for strategic marketing of optical brighteners.
• Serve as Project Operation Manager for investment and replacement projects.
• Participate as a member of the Monthey operations management team and the ORGRA management team (emergency response).

• You hold a Master's or PhD in chemistry or chemical engineering and have at least 10 years of experience as a production or process engineer.
• You have excellent command of French and English and/or German (spoken and written).
• You have a strong knowledge of EHS guidelines for chemical processes and expertise in risk analysis.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to lead multi-technology teams.
• You are capable of managing complex issues and experience in process operation management for large-scale projects.
