We are seeking a Process Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sanofi. In this role, you will analyze event logs and derive insights to improve process performance across our organization. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Process Mining and visualization tools, applying Agile methodology to drive digital transformation in an international, multicultural environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze event logs to derive insights into process performance
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance violations in business processes
- Lead Process Intelligence Projects in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize process performance
- Utilize process mining tools to uncover optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Monitor and report on the impact of implemented changes
- Contribute to process governance, documentation and improvement
About you
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in process analysis or similar role
- 1-3 years of experience in data-based decision making
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Process mining experience/certification is preferred
- Business Process Management certification is a plus
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in process mining tools (QPR, Celonis, UIPath)
- Experience with data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes (P2P, D2C, P2M)
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Languages:
- Fluent in English
