Process expert manager

Candidate should be based in Belgium and 8 days a month Brussels office presence is mandatory.

Job Purpose

• The process expert manager will lead, document, describe in detail, and challenge end-to-end processes aligned within a company wide strategy program (target operating Model and other organizational process description will be required)

Key responsibilities

• Model and document processes
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working.
• Ensure process clarity across different parties
• Support strategic transformation streams.
