Process Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Process Engineer in our Automotive team.

As a Process Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

The Process Engineer's role is to analyze, structure and optimize production processes within various departments, with particular emphasis on the Mechanical Department.

Your responsibilities:

• Listen to, observe and map the work processes of several departments, in particular the automotive mechanics department.
• Identify levers for improvement (time, quality, performance, costs) by analyzing data from tables (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
• Create tools and supports (user guides, structured documents, dashboards, monitoring indicators).
• Design and generate graphs for reporting and steering activities.
• Collaborate with field teams (mechanical, production, manufacturing) to understand issues and respond with appropriate solutions.
• Suggest modifications, for example to the design of parts (e.g. chassis, wheels, engines) to improve production.
• Monitor the progress of products and projects rigorously and regularly.

Your profile:

• You have a good command of SAP, Power BI or Excel tools.
• Experience in automotive industry (academic or professional) is an asset,
• You are FLUENT in English,
• You're keen to work in a design office with some field experience.
