Process Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Process Engineer in our aerospace/aeronautical team.

As a Process Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities:

Support our client in adapting its internal repository to the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) approach:

• Structuring and updating documentation
• Automation of internal tools
• Creation of training materials
• Deployment of a management tool
• Contribution to continuous improvement (OPEX projects)

Your profile:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Transformation/Process Project Management
• Strong writing skills (quality documents/processes)
• Fluent French required
• Good communication skills, assertive and convincing, good team spirit
• Knowledge or experience of APQP is a plus, not mandatory
