Process Engineer - Greenfield Manufacturing (Medical Devices)

Location: North East Spain - Barcelona
Work Setup: Hybrid (On-site & Travel to Suppliers Across Spain)
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support greenfield manufacturing projects in the medical device sector, with a focus on liquid consumables and recipe formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise recipe formulation processes for liquid medical products
• Manage technical risks and ensure best practices in large-scale production
• Oversee raw material mixing and packaging processes for liquid consumables
• Collaborate with suppliers across Spain, requiring on-site visits and travel
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and process efficiency
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in chemical engineering and liquid formulation
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (German nice to have)
• Strong project planning and technical risk management skills
• Ability to travel to suppliers across Spain
• PMP certification or formal process engineering training is a plus
