Role Overview The primary focus of this role will be on the documentation of business processes, conducting workshops to gather requirements, producing process maps and standard operating procedure including controls.In this role, the individual will work with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and risks and recommend improvements that align with the business objectives. Role Responsibilities Develop detailed process maps and standard operating procedures consistent with the quality and format defined by TP ICAP and reflecting any approved process changes/improvements so that they are future proofed, Facilitate workshops and interviews with Subject Matter Experts in order to document the process, risks, controls and potential pain points and potential improvement opportunities. Collaborate with and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate an understanding of the business process, challenges and opportunities. Recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency, streamline operations, reduce costs and improve controls. Prepare reports and presentations to track the progress of all process documentation for Finance and the process improvement recommendations for approval. Manage the internal project resource, in terms of providing mentoring and development, co-ordinating and prioritising tasks, ensuring quality of documentation and that project deadlines are achieved. Ad hoc tasks as required. Experience / Competences Essential Minimum 3 years previous business experience with a strong focus on process mapping, standard operating procedures and process improvement. Proficiency in tools such as Draw.io, or similar. Strong understanding of process documentation best practices. Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate them clearly. Experience in workshop facilitation. Stakeholder management skills and strong communication both verbal and written. An ability to prioritise workloads and ensure critical deadlines are met.
