Loom Talent are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to work as a Process & Performance Specialist - Logistics Operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving warehouse efficiency, strengthening quality processes and supporting business growth.
As Process & Performance Specialist - Logistics Operations, you will be responsible for the following:
Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations
Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective optimisation solutions
Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure performance targets and system efficiency are achieved
Support storage, shipping and receiving operations, resolving complex issues through root-cause analysis
Act as ERP superuser, supporting system improvements, testing and IT-related projects
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen quality controls and ensure compliance
Participate in cross-functional projects, advising on timelines, risks, capacity planning and scalability to support business growth
Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and automation initiatives
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a proactive individual looking to develop a career in Continuous Improvement and Project Management. Idea requirement will include:
- 2-5 years' experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution
- An interest in Project Management and expereince taking the lead on CI from previous roles
- Previous use of ERP & WMS and exposure to improvement methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and data interpretation abilities
- A bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or similar area
