Private Sector Housing Officer - Damp & Mould Project Lead

Reading Borough Council is seeking a Private Sector Housing Officer to lead a damp and mould project in the private rented sector. You will inspect properties, assess risks using HHSRS, and enforce housing legislation with landlords and tenants in Reading.

You will work within a supportive Environmental Health team, engage with partners, and contribute to improving living standards. The role offers hybrid working and a fixed-term contract of 12 months.
