Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well established legal practice for an experienced Private Property Lawyer to join their busy conveyancing team in Shrewsbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward thinking firm handling a strong flow of residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining high quality file management

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years PQE or equivalent conveyancing experience
• Strong residential property law knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
