Private PA for UHNW Family (Hybrid to be agreed) - Central London

This is an interesting and involving role for an experienced, Private PA who has a good understanding of London. A background at UHNW is essential to understand the standards required for this role. The Principals will expect a high degree of accuracy, organisation, and problem-solving skills as they travel frequently abroad and to other residences outside of London.

The role requires working in liaison with a small, highly collaborative team of staff to ensure busy diaries and travels run smoothly. Thus, diary management and travel logistics are the key responsibilities of the role. In addition, selected lifestyle support will be required. Much is still managed independently by family members but this role requires seamless coordination between all family members. With regards to travel, experience in both private and commercial travel is important, and ensuring any travel is tracked and monitored, to proactively solve disruptions and ensure a smooth end-to-end journey. This includes ground transportation, ticketing, visa requirements, itineraries, documentation, communication is all delivered to the highest standards. Your excellent attention to details and planning of seamless travel arrangement will be your really strong suit together with faultless diary management spotting clashes before they happen.

You are a Private PA who gets things done and double checks as a matter or habit on all projects and requests. You are a proactive problem solver and always have a second option available. This role may require occasional travel within UK but not abroad. It also does not require live-in support.
