Job Description

Private Executive Assistant - Personal, Lifestyle & Estate Management

Location: Amsterdam (with international travel as needed)

Contract: Full-time, live-out

Hours: Monday-Friday (office hours), with some flexibility for out-of-hours support

Start Date: ASAP

Driving License: Required

Salary: €80,000-€90,000+ per year, depending on experience

Tiger Private is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Private Executive Assistant to support with Personal, Lifestyle & Estate Management across Amsterdam, Ibiza, and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role that blends personal and professional coordination, with a strong emphasis on discretion and initiative.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Overseeing properties in Amsterdam and Ibiza, coordinating with household staff, gardeners, and cleaners
  • Managing all aspects of the home, including care for a much-loved pet dog (including daily walks, vet trips, and general well-being)
  • Dealing with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Planning and booking both domestic and international travel
  • Managing calendars, appointments, and logistics for the principals
  • Taking the lead on lifestyle projects and occasionally assisting with business matters
  • Handling personal errands and research tasks
  • Organising private events and coordinate hospitality needs
  • Acting as the go-to person for anything that keeps the household running smoothly

WHO YOU ARE

  • Have 5+ years' experience in private household or lifestyle management
  • Are naturally organised, solution-focused, and flexible
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, high-standard environment
  • Hold a university degree or master's (preferred, but not essential)
  • Speak fluent English (Dutch and/or Spanish is a big plus)
  • Are based in the Netherlands with full work rights
  • Have a valid driver's licence
  • Are happy to be on call when needed and don't mind the occasional travel
