Job Description

The successful candidate will assist with closing processes, prepare signing packs, coordinate completion, and manage transaction documentation. Responsibilities include liaising with opposing and overseas counsel, conducting legal research, updating precedents, and supporting knowledge management initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

You will have strong academics and have completed the LPC or BPTC, with prior paralegal experience in corporate or private equity work. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in document management systems are essential. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach will set you apart.
