About the Role
As a Private Equity associate at you will play a vital role in supporting their world-class team on a broad range of transactions. You will gain experience in all aspects of the private equity deal process, from initial structuring to closing and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of qualifying experience in a top-tier law firm or investment bank with a focus on private equity transactions
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
