Job Description

• Advising on wills, trusts, and estate planning for UK and international clients
• Handling probate and administration of complex estates
• Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and succession planning
• Working with family offices and liaising with tax, corporate, and real estate teams
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-3 years PQE
• Solid experience in private client work, including tax and trusts
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Discreet, client-focused, and commercially aware
• Experience with international clients or cross-border matters is a plus
