Job Summary

We are seeking a Private Client Tax Partner in Trowbridge to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personal tax advisory, trust and estate planning, and compliance services. You will provide strategic guidance, lead client relationships, and develop and mentor a team of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise HNW clients on personal tax, trusts, estate planning, and wealth structuring
• Oversee personal and trust tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Lead business development and strengthen existing client relationships
• Mentor and develop the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Keep abreast of UK tax legislation changes and provide proactive advice to clients

About You

• CTA-qualified with extensive experience advising HNW clients
• Deep knowledge of IHT, CGT, trusts, residence & domicile, and family investment companies
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring experience
• Proven business development track record and excellent client relationship skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and strategic in your approach
