If you're a Private Client Solicitor with experience across wills, probate and LPAs, this role offers autonomy, a steady flow of work, and genuine scope for progression within a well-established, community-focused practice.

• Manage your own caseload independently, working with a broad client base made up largely of long-standing local clients, many of whom are repeat instructions or walk-ins.
• Provide full spectrum private client services, including estate administration, will drafting, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Be supported by a dedicated secretary and work closely with experienced colleagues in the firm.
• Take on work with confidence as the Head of Department steps into management, with regular work generated through the firm to support consistency and long-term client relationships.
• Operate in a permanent, office-based role with hybrid working considered on a case-by-case basis (typically one to two days WFH).

• STEP membership or progression towards it would be advantageous but not essential.

• Competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £60,000
