PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (4+ yEARS PQE)

We are seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor with 4-10 years PQE to join our Private Client Team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality legal services with professionalism, manage a varied caseload effectively, and contribute to the team's objectives by fostering strong client relationships, meeting financial targets, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Probate, Trusts, Wills, and some COP matters, while providing tailored wealth and estate planning advice.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protect the firm's interests and values.
• Contribute to the team's financial performance through exemplary workload management, client referrals, and collaboration with internal departments.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external connections, while representing the firm professionally at all times.

Person Specification:

• Demonstrated expertise in Probate, Trusts, Wills, and estates.
• Knowledge of wealth planning and case management systems.
• Team-oriented, with leadership skills being an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate: Isleworth, TW7 6BH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education: Bachelor's (preferred), LPC or SQE (part 1 & 2)

Work Location: In-person / Hybrid after probation
