Senior Private Client Solicitor - Warwick

An established and well-regarded High Street law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Wills & Probate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a friendly, established team with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal advice and client care.

The Role

The role will involve advising on a wide range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills, including more complex and tax-planning Wills
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administration of estates, including complex and high-value estates
• Deeds of Variation and deeds of family arrangement
• Inheritance Tax and wider estate planning
• Advising clients on succession and asset protection
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

You will be 4 years+ PQE and will have strong technical knowledge across the private client field. Experience of dealing with a broad range of Wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters is essential.

You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to provide a high level of client service. Commercial awareness and the confidence to develop and maintain client relationships will also be important.
