This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor in Newcastle upon Tyne to join a specialist and highly regarded law firm. You will advise a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals and landowners, across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning.

Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
Advising clients on wills, trusts and estate planning matters
Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration work
Advising high net worth individuals and families
Supporting clients with inheritance tax and succession planning
Advising landowners and clients with agricultural or significant property interests
Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and related legal documentation
Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships
Managing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to completion
Profile
The Private Client Solicitor should be:
A solicitor with 0 to 5 years PQE
Experienced in private client matters, ideally including wills, trusts and probate
Confident advising clients on estate planning and succession matters
Comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals and complex estates
Able to demonstrate strong technical legal knowledge and attention to detail
An excellent communicator with a professional and personable approach
Commercially aware with the ability to develop lasting client relationships
- Organised and capable of managing a varied caseload independently
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000
