Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer / Chartered legal executive (Kent)

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded, long-established regional law firm in Kent, seeking a qualified Private Client fee earner to join their growing and successful team.

Our client is a well-respected, full-service law firm with a rich heritage spanning over a century and a strong reputation across Kent and the Southeast. The firm advises a broad client base including individuals, businesses and charities across a wide range of legal services.

Known for combining city-level expertise with a personable, client-focused approach, the firm offers a collaborative culture where lawyers are encouraged to develop their specialism and build long-term client relationships.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Private Client team handling a varied and high-quality caseload.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing your own caseload of private client matters
• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
• Handling probate and estate administration
• Advising on trusts, tax and succession planning
• Supporting high-net-worth clients and complex estates where appropriate

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
• Experience within Private Client work (PQE level flexible)
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate planning
• A personable and professional approach with excellent client care skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
