Role Description:

The firm is looking for a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their successful team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice on a range of private client matters, primarily wills and estate administration, while benefiting from the support of an experienced administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal guidance on all aspects of wills, probate, and estate administration.
• Maintain and manage your own caseload of private client matters, ensuring a high level of client care.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of legal professionals, including financial advisors, to deliver holistic solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the private client team and actively engage in professional development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience managing private client matters, including wills, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a team, with excellent client care skills.
• STEP accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
