Private Client Solicitor

Eventus Legal are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee-Earner to join the Private Client team of a successful, long-established law firm, from their office in Sherburn-in-Elmet, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent job offered either fulltime or parttime. Benefits include bonus, hybrid working, 23 days holiday plus Christmas closure as additional leave and free parking.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be joining an established and highly regarded firm who are well known within the local area. Personally, you will deal with a varied caseload of private client matters including Probate administration, will preparation, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust and Tax matters.

You will benefit from a dedicated administration assistant and excellent IT support including Partner for Windows and Arcen will writing software.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced Solicitors, Legal Executives or Fee-Earners with a strong background in Private Client matters with ideally a minimum of 2 PQE. Although applications will be considered on skills and experience, with no upper limit.

Experience of charity work would be a bonus.
