Private Client Solicitor

Contract Details

• Duration: 3 months (potential to extend or convert to permanent).
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Location: Central London office - minimum 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs) required, with scope for additional days if preferred.
• Day Rate: £350-£450 (depending on experience, inside IR35).

We are currently supporting a leading organisation in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their in-house legal team on a 3-month contract. The Role

You will take on a broad range of probate and estate administration work, with some exposure to trusts where relevant. The successful candidate will be confident in handling matters independently, whilst also working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

• Managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
• Advising on wills and trusts as they relate to estate planning.
• Providing clear, client-focused advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to ensure seamless client service.

Requirements

• 5+ years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor (or equivalent).
• Strong track record in probate and estate administration.
• Experience with trusts desirable but not essential.
• Ability to run cases independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative mindset - comfortable working outside of a traditional law firm structure.
