Private Client Solicitor

A well-established law firm in Lancaster is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor, 3+ years PQE to join its growing team, following a notable increase in high-quality instructions across the department.

The successful candidate will take on a varied and rewarding caseload, which may include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Inheritance tax planning
• Asset protection
• Trusts
• Probate matters
• Court of Protection work
• Lasting Powers of Attorney

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Client law
• A client-focused, compassionate approach to sensitive matters
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
