An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-3 PQE) to join a leading national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham. This is a chance to work within a highly regarded private client team, advising high-value individuals including business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration
• Inheritance tax planning
• Lifetime trusts
• Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals

You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, gaining exposure to more complex and technical matters, alongside strong mentorship and ongoing development.

About You

• NQ-3 years PQE in Private Client
• Strong understanding of wills, probate, and estate planning work
• Experience working with high-value or mass affluent clients (desirable)
• Confident communicator with strong client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Keen to develop technically and progress within a leading firm
