Farleys Solicitors LLP is recruiting for a Senior Private Client lawyer for its East Lancashire office, near Burnley.

Who we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with the ability to handle their own complex caseload.

You will also have:

• Proven experience advising HNW clients
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• A personable, client-focused approach
• A desire to grow and mentor within a supportive team
• The STEP qualification (preferred, not essential)
• Experience mentoring less experienced fee earners within the team

What you'll do:

You step in to a varied and interesting caseload, including complex estate planning and high net worth estates:

• Estate planning and administration
• Wills and trusts
• Tax-efficient strategies for HNW clients
• Succession planning for family businesses
