Private Client Paralegal Location: Lancaster/PrestonType: Full-Time

This role offers the chance to become an integral part of a supportive team, with genuine opportunities to grow your experience and skills in Private Client work.The Role: As a Private Client Paralegal, you'll work closely with experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, supporting a varied caseload and engaging directly with clients. This position offers hands-on experience and early responsibility in a dynamic and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including: Wills and Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client matters
• Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
• Maintain accurate case records and files
• Liaise with clients, third parties and internal teams professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Private Client or Conveyancing department
• Strong interest in Private Client work and long-term commitment to the area
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload independently
• High attention to detail and strong client care ethos
• Legal qualification (eg Law degree, LPC, or equivalent) preferred
