Practice Focus

The Private Client Lawyer will advise on a broad range of matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance tax and succession planning

The team is known for its technical capability combined with a personable, client focused approach. The role offers meaningful client contact and the opportunity to build long term advisory relationships.

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years' PQE in private client law
• Strong technical grounding across wills, probate and LPAs
• Experience managing matters with appropriate supervision
• Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
• Keen to develop within a reputable regional practice
