Lexcel accredited practice in Norfolk is actively seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer.

Joining our client's thriving office in King's Lynn, the successful candidate will handle a busy caseload of private client matters, whilst proving to be eager to learn and develop their career.

Responsibilities

1. Wills
2. Administration of estates
3. Lasting powers of attorney
4. Court of Protection matters
5. Managing elderly clients' financial affairs
6. Inheritance tax issues
7. Drafting trust documents
8. Probate

The Candidate

1. Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two up to four years' PQE
2. Solid experience in private client matters gained within a reputable firm
3. Excellent client care skills
4. Empathetic approach
5. Ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
