A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead and develop its established Private Client department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Private Client lawyer looking to take the next step in their career or an existing Head of Department seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and forward thinking environment.

The successful candidate will oversee a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts and succession planning, while providing leadership, mentoring and strategic direction to the department.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant Private Client experience
• Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of Private Client matters
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Commercial awareness and a client focused approach
• Ambition to contribute to the long term success of the department
