Private Client Associate Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to step into a Head of Private Client position (either immediately, or in due course) to join a successful, expanding team based in Darlington, County Durham. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Private Client Solicitor (Head of Private Client) will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of matters including Wills, LPAs and Estate Administrations. Court of Protection and Trust work is also available within the team, and you will gain excellent exposure to a varied caseload and possess a sensitive approach in handling these matters.

Ideally you will have the drive and experience to step into the Head of Private Client position (due to internal promotion) in due course. Support will be given to do so, and it can be either on a short or medium-term basis.

Person Specification

The incoming Private Client Solicitor will have excellent knowledge in Private Client matters and will have a minimum of 3 years PQE for full-time applicants, and part-time will be considered for those more experienced. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
• Good I.T skills
• Client care skills are essential
