Print Customer Success & Artwork Specialist

Bluetree Group in the Rotherham area is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to blend service with technical understanding of print-ready files. You will handle calls, emails and live chat, resolving queries and ensuring artwork meets production standards.

Based at our Manvers office, you'll use Adobe Creative Suite to troubleshoot files, support clients, and maintain high accuracy under deadlines, with training provided and real opportunities for growth within Bluetree Group.
