Job Description

Principle Property Lawyer needed in Manchester Paying £50 per hr ref 000A FDCC / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of property law matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development agreements and land assembly
Lead on complex, high value and politically sensitive property transactions
Draft, negotiate and complete a variety of commercial and residential property documents
Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, governance and commercial considerations
Support strategic projects such as regeneration, investment and development programmes
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and legal officers, ensuring quality and consistency of advice
Ensure legal work is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with organisational objectives
Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law and best practice in property law
