Principal Software Architect (all genders)

We're seeking a visionary Principal Software Engineer (all genders) to architect and drive the development of our flagship cloud-native AI product.

Activities

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's technical direction, influencing engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization including steering groups within our parent company.

This is a functional leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration that reports to the Head of Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership of larger engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, cloud platforms).
• Strong background in frontend and backend web development (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python).
• Solid understanding of the automotive domain, especially autonomous driving, robotics and computer vision.
• Knowledge around autonomous driving scenarios, simulations and safety is a plus.
