In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of the founding team in our new established Investigo Amsterdam office that specialises in Technology Recruitment throughout The Netherlands.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 3 years or more experience who wants to join a global, high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

Role Focus: You will focus on the contract Technology market throughout The Netherlands and place cyber professionals on a freelance basis into businesses throughout The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

You will start by handling the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, credibility and gravitas.

• Client acquisition
• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Maintaining existing client relationships and new business development
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building

Qualifications

• You must have 3 years or more recruitment experience, either within a 360 Recruitment Consultant position
• You must be fluent in speaking English
• Ideally you will be fluent in speaking Dutch, although not necessary
• Ideally you will have experience recruiting for freelance cyber security professionals
• Proactive and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
• Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
• The ability to work in a small and autonomous team
