Principal Recruitment Consultant - Planning and Strategy

We're hiring a Principal-level recruiter to take ownership of and scale a specialist desk in Planning & Strategy at DNA. This role is designed for someone already operating at a high level who wants to build a strong position within a defined market, supported by the platform, brand and infrastructure to enable long-term growth.

You'll be leveraging an established base of agency client relationships to introduce and scale your Planning & Strategy specialism, building long-term partnerships and developing your market into a leading practice area over time.

The role centres around:

• Full ownership and growth of a Planning & Strategy recruitment desk
• Building strategic relationships with agency clients at senior level
• Driving consistent, high-level billings
• Developing your market into a recognised area of expertise

DNA operates as a remote first business, built around autonomy, trust, and performance. There is clear structure and support in place, alongside expectations around performance.

Leadership still bill and remain close to delivery, so guidance is based on current market conditions rather than theory. As your desk grows, you'll have access to candidate resourcing support and infrastructure to help you scale effectively.

The commercial model is strong. Consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, with the opportunity to build significant personal revenue.
