Principal Project Manager needed Derby Paying £24.64 per hr ref

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of building projects. You will ensure all works are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects
• Brief, appoint, and manage consultants
• Write specifications and tender for works
• Oversee new builds, refurbishments, adaptations, conversions, alterations, and demolitions

Ideal Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management
