Principal Product Manager BioTech 6 month Contract

Role: Principal Product Manager

Location: London - 3 days per week in office

Day Rate: £800 p/d (outside IR35)

Contract Duration: 6 months

We're partnering with a groundbreaking BioTech startup that's transforming how labs and hospitals operate using automation, robotics, and digital platforms. They're preparing to launch their next generation product, and need a hands on Principal Product Manager to drive delivery through a pivotal phase, including the first customer rollout in March 2025.

The Role

• Lead and support a small, high performing team during an intense, high priority product delivery phase
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to keep projects moving at pace
• Help define product boundaries and priorities for the next generation platform
• Work in a mission driven, fast moving environment where your decisions directly impact cancer research and patient care

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced Principal Product Manager with technical understanding and the ability to engage engineering teams ️
• Comfortable in startup or high growth environments; flexible, positive, and decisive under pressure
• Experience with complex/integrated products is a plus, but fresh perspectives are welcome
• Strong communicator and collaborator, able to align teams and stakeholders quickly
• Bonus: Experience with robotics, automation, or physical/digital products
