Principal Planning Officer/Team Leader

Location: South West

Pay: £55 per hour

Contract: 3 months initially

You will mainly work from home, except for site visits and key meetings. The office location can be discussed upon application and is flexible for the right candidate.

This newly created role is due to increased workload from local area development, focusing on town centre regeneration. The local authority seeks an experienced planner who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Requirements: Experience working on major applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain high service standards.
