Job Description
Principal Planning Consultant - Manchester

A rare opportunity to join a well-established consultancy advising on major infrastructure and renewable energy schemes across the North of England.

With a diverse client base including energy providers and strategic land promoters, this role offers the chance to work on projects that shape regional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Managing complex planning applications
  • Drafting Planning Statements and appeal documents
  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams
  • Promoting sites through emerging Local Plans
About You
  • MRTPI (or extremely close to completion)
  • Experience with infrastructure, energy or large-scale sites
  • Commercial and solution-oriented mindset
