Residential, Roadside & Strategic Land Focus

A superb opportunity has become available with an established consultancy delivering major residential and roadside/service-station projects across key transport corridors in the South West.

This team is known for its technical excellence and strategic approach to land promotion.

You will manage complex projects from inception through to determination and appeal.

Your role will include:

• Leading large-scale residential applications
• Advising on roadside and service station developments
• Preparing appeal statements and proofs of evidence
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams
• Promoting strategic sites through Local Plans

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and play a central role in delivery.

• MRTPI qualified (or extremely close)
• Strong residential planning experience
• Appeal experience advantageous
• Commercial mindset and strong client management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
