Job Description
Overview

I'm working with one of the UK's leading benefits consultancies to recruit a Principal Pensions Consultant (DC workplace Pensions).

You'll be working as part of a fast growth, high-performance team, managing a portfolio of circa £400k and working with clients of all sizes.

As a principal consultant, you will lead complex projects, provide expert advice and drive strategic decisions. You must have a proven track record in forging relationships at the highest levels and in driving new business opportunities via existing clients and inbound leads from other parts of the business.

No day will be the same, with involvement across client management and engagement, strategic guidance, project leadership, business growth and quality assurance.

We're seeking commercially astute, entrepreneurial, growth-minded and strategic thinkers who have DC Pensions experience within another broker/consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects, provide expert DC pensions advice and drive strategic decisions.
  • Forge relationships at senior levels and drive new business opportunities from existing clients and inbound leads from other parts of the business.
  • Manage client relationships and engagement, provide strategic guidance, lead projects, support business growth and ensure quality assurance.
  • Operate within a portfolio of circa £400k, working with clients of varying sizes.
Qualifications
  • Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, growth-minded and strategic thinker with DC Pensions experience gained within another broker or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of building senior-level relationships and delivering new business opportunities.
