The Challenge

Due to rapid growth and increasing demand for our platform, OneTrust is seeking a Principal Partner Sales Manager. In this role, you will:

  1. Act as an extension of our Regional Sales Leadership team
  2. Drive effective territory and target account plans
  3. Ensure successful customer deployments through capable partners
  4. Build strong relationships with regional partners
  5. Enable partners to influence client activity

Your Mission

As Principal Partner Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Build and connect partners within the OneTrust ecosystem
  2. Drive revenue from new and existing opportunities
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of OneTrust offerings
  4. Answer questions, recommend products, and coach partners

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver a specific ACV quota
  2. Execute territory and target account plans with focus partners
  3. Drive sales velocity and closure alongside Sales Managers and AEs
  4. Qualify sales opportunities and set proper customer expectations
  5. Support structured renewal processes for upsell and cross-sell motions
  6. Test new processes and iterate for scale
  7. Develop a thorough understanding of OneTrust products and roadmap
  8. Accurately forecast to management
  9. Communicate partner impact on Regional Sales Plans
  10. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
You Are

Coachable, organized, a strong communicator, critical thinker, comfortable with consultative sales, and open to 20-30% travel.

Your Experience Includes:
  • 8-12 years of experience managing outcome-based partner relationships in SaaS/software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Effective sales presentation, forecasting, and planning skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Ability to take initiative and thrive amid change and ambiguity
