You'll be working within a world leading nuclear environment, ensuring digital resilience across industrial control systems. Location and Working Pattern This role is on-site at AWE, Reading. Given the level of clearance required, on-site presence is essential to meet project and security requirements. Client Overview Our client is a leading organisation operating in the nuclear and defence sectors, delivering vital national security programmes supported by advanced engineering and cyber expertise. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of secure OT / ICS cybersecurity architectures. Conduct and oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and assurance activities. Apply industry and regulatory standards, including IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, NIS Regulations, and ONR Security Assessment Principles. Support security accreditation processes and liaise with regulators and senior stakeholders. Provide technical leadership across OT cybersecurity initiatives. Contribute to bids, solution development, and client relationship growth across CNI, nuclear, and defence sectors.Must have Requirements Significant experience in OT / ICS cybersecurity, architecture, and risk management. Expert understanding of IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, NIS Regulations, and ONR SAPs. Proven background within safety critical, regulated, or high hazard environments. Demonstrable consulting experience with strong client facing and stakeholder engagement skills. Active UK DV clearance (essential).
